Discover yourself professionally and join the Service Desk Latvia team that is part of IT services operations team in Baltics, which provides a first-line support to users about information systems and computer equipment.
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be:
- 1st level technical support to Banks employees;
- Receiving, processing and resolving user applications via telephone and remote desktop management;
- Expertly troubleshooting hardware and software issues;
- Managing user accounts, access permissions, and password resets with precision;
- Handling efficiently application registration and support.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- User-level knowledge of the Windows operating system;
- Knowledge of ITIL processes;
- Ability to learn quickly and willingness to help others;
- Experience with incident bulletin processing;
- Good Latvian and English language skills to be able to convincingly and easily explain to Baltic users how to perform certain technical actions over the phone.
